The company was formed in July 2002, by Colin Birch, formerly a Regional Project Manager and Building Inspector with over 40 years professional experience in design and architectural services. Colin's aim in setting up the company was to provide a personal, friendly service and advice on all aspects of residential planning and building control at highly affordable prices.
Since the company formed; over 1000 planning applications have been submitted to the council for kitchen extensions, loft conversions, residential extensions, conservatories, new builds and numerous other projects that require planning permission, all of which have been submitted with a success rate over 98%.
